What you will do

• Uncover and produce world-class customer stories, including video and case studies.
• Design and execute co-marketing programs that provide genuine value to customers.
• Build and own the sales reference program and supporting infrastructure.
• Maintain deep relationships with strategic customers to influence roadmap and strategy.
• Enable the sales team with high-impact narratives, slides, and case studies.
• Manage operational infrastructure including logo rights and co-marketing agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer or product marketing.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills across video, case studies, and web formats.
• Proven ability to launch customer marketing programs from scratch (0-to-1 operator).
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with sales, product, and CS teams.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows.
• English proficiency required (company language).

Nice to have

• Background in PLG, developer tools, no-code/low-code, or AI.
• Experience pairing customer marketing with sales enablement.
