What you will do

• Design and implement integrated automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and OpenShift.
• Build and maintain hybrid cloud/on-prem platforms to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Develop and support CI/CD and GitOps pipelines for end-to-end infrastructure and application deployment.
• Integrate observability, security, and secrets management across the platform.
• Support VMware and Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms as part of the hybrid ecosystem.
• Participate in on-call support for cross-platform infrastructure and application issues.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software systems engineering, DevOps, or platform operations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering automation or IaC platforms (Terraform, Ansible).
• Deep expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and OpenShift for hybrid environment operations.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong foundation in infrastructure (networking, storage, databases, DNS).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) or OpenShift certification.
• Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux for GitOps.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code and governance.
• Experience supporting stateful workloads like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
