What you will do

• Act as senior hands-on Salesforce engineer, setting development standards and guiding best practices.
• Build advanced solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and implement integrations with ERP, Marketing platforms, and data systems.
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment through strong lifecycle practices.
• Mentor developers and administrators to raise engineering capability.
• Improve platform performance, reduce technical debt, and strengthen architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing on Salesforce platform.
• Proven experience with complex Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Experience in multi-system enterprise architectures.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, data modelling, and performance optimisation.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Ability to define development standards, mentor developers, and design scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Application Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sage Intacct, Databricks or similar data platforms.
