What you will do

• Shape the end-to-end product narrative for clinical trials and Expanded Access programs.
• Translate physician and trial site needs into scalable messaging frameworks to increase engagement.
• Synthesize market insights from physicians and sponsors to influence product requirements.
• Create enablement assets to support Commercial, Medical, and Growth teams.
• Lead product launches and ensure internal alignment on messaging and use-case clarity.

Requirements

• Must have deep experience within the BioPharma, Clinical Trials, or Expanded Access ecosystem.
• 4–6 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Strategy within HealthTech or digital health.
• Exceptional structured thinking and ability to map complex capabilities to user outcomes.
• Proven ability to navigate 0-to-1 environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of rare disease ecosystems and trial site workflows.
