What you will do

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to ensure alignment on shared goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with category teams to identify partnership opportunities that unlock supply and reach relevant demand audiences.
• Proactively research and prospect new partners, collaboration formats, and innovative partnership models.
• Lead the entire process from initial outreach and proposals to execution and launch.
• Analyze performance data to derive learnings, optimize partnership strategies, and scale successful initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or account management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital, marketplace, or consumer-facing environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to define success metrics and analyze performance data.
• High attention to detail regarding project coordination, timelines, and launch readiness.
• Proficiency in using AI tools in daily workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
