What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily using Python.
• Collaborate on system architecture decisions and validate technical approaches.
• Implement AI/LLM-related workflows, including prompt engineering and evaluation processes.
• Support integration-heavy insurance and dental management workflows.
• Participate in deployment and infrastructure discussions around Azure and Docker.
• Maintain high responsiveness and close collaboration with the internal team over long-term engagement.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with Python.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL-based systems.
• Understanding of LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI workflow evaluation.
• Strong architectural reasoning and ability to challenge/validate technical decisions constructively.

Nice to have

• React experience.
• Experience with web scraping tools such as Playwright.
• Exposure to voice agent technologies (e.g., LiveKit, Ultravox, or similar).
• ISTQB certification.
• Performance testing experience.
