What you will do

• Write clean, scalable Python code with comprehensive unit testing for high-impact AI tools.
• Implement new requirements within an Agile framework following established architectural principles.
• Diagnose and resolve complex backend and production issues using monitoring and telemetry tools.
• Optimize performance and improve the reliability of Dockerized backend services.
• Manage CI/CD processes via GitHub Actions and support deployments using Kubernetes, Argo CD, and Helm.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions to ensure industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining backend services with FastAPI.
• Proficiency in relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Experience implementing background tasks and queues using Celery.
• Ability to troubleshoot backend systems in Azure cloud environments.
• English: B1+ level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Basic frontend experience with React.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LlamaIndex or LangChain.
