What you will do

• Develop and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries.
• Optimize database performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor database health, availability, and system stability.
• Support database backup, recovery, and replication processes.
• Collaborate with development teams on data-related requirements.
• Automate routine administration tasks and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or MariaDB.
• Experience with Azure SQL or AWS RDS.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
