What you will do

• Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex OS and hardware issues.
• Perform deep root cause analysis and drive systemic fixes for critical endpoint incidents.
• Design and maintain enterprise-grade deployment, patching, and security baselines.
• Develop automation and self-healing solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Enhance endpoint reliability through advanced monitoring platforms like Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Mentor and coach 1st and 2nd-level support teams to improve overall technical maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in desktop and endpoint infrastructure engineering.
• Proven track record operating as a 3rd-level escalation engineer.
• Strong expertise in Windows internals and advanced OS troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Intune, ConfigMgr, KACE, or JAMF.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive complex problems to resolution.
• Must be based in Bangkok or willing to work from the Bangkok office.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD102).
• Experience querying data using SQL, PromQL, or LogQL.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience building or enhancing endpoint reliability or telemetry platforms.
