What you will do
- Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex OS and hardware issues.
- Perform deep root cause analysis and drive systemic fixes for critical endpoint incidents.
- Design and maintain enterprise-grade deployment, patching, and security baselines.
- Develop automation and self-healing solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Enhance endpoint reliability through advanced monitoring platforms like Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Mentor and coach 1st and 2nd-level support teams to improve overall technical maturity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in desktop and endpoint infrastructure engineering.
- Proven track record operating as a 3rd-level escalation engineer.
- Strong expertise in Windows internals and advanced OS troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Intune, ConfigMgr, KACE, or JAMF.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive complex problems to resolution.
- Must be based in Bangkok or willing to work from the Bangkok office.
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD102).
- Experience querying data using SQL, PromQL, or LogQL.
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience building or enhancing endpoint reliability or telemetry platforms.
