What you will do
- Develop and optimize modern web applications, backend services, and APIs.
- Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure based on specific client project needs.
- Consult clients on technology selection, architecture, and delivery approaches.
- Build and maintain cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Debug, monitor, and improve production-grade systems to ensure stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into working software.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React or comparable frontend technologies.
- Strong experience with Node, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, Python or comparable backend technologies.
- Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade digital products.
- Deep understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, and production operations.
- Ability to act in a senior consultative role with clients and stakeholders.
- Fluent verbal and written English skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-traffic business-critical systems, ecommerce, or martech.
- Expertise in platform engineering, infrastructure-as-code, or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with mobile development or React Native.
- Finnish language skills.
