What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to plan and build customer-centric software.
• Develop and support applications using a "You Build It, You Run It" mindset, from code commit to production.
• Implement and maintain systems across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Ensure system stability and observability using tools like Datadog.
• Drive engineering culture improvements and mentor team members through collaborative practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Deep expertise in modern web applications, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Proven experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and serverless environments (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with test automation and production observability (e.g., RUM, Tracing).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a product-builder mindset.
