What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams from Production Engineering, Operations, and Logistics to implement manufacturing readiness plans.
• Develop and track timelines, milestones, and budgetary needs for new product industrialization.
• Interface with Design, Logistics, and Finance sectors to resolve critical production issues.
• Analyze cycle times and evaluate subassemblies for Make/Buy decisions.
• Report production status, gaps, and barriers to senior management.
• Coordinate and prioritize support across departments to ensure volume production targets are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree in engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Broad technical and business knowledge with experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment requiring full gowning and adherence to ISO standards.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
