• Drive architecture decisions across the order lifecycle and fulfillment orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional commerce, cloud, and integration engineering teams.
• Support presales activities, solution estimations, and technical proposal preparation.
• Act as a trusted advisor in a client-facing role combining architecture and delivery leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS.
• Deep understanding of OMS ecosystems including inventory, fulfillment, and order orchestration.
• Experience in enterprise retail and omnichannel commerce environments.
• Strong communication skills and a professional level of English.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
