TL;DR

Solution Architect (Data Mesh): Designing and evolving a modern Data Mesh–based data architecture within the Collaterals domain with an accent on decentralized ownership and a data-as-a-product approach. Focus on building scalable, secure, and resilient data solutions and supporting the development of a self-service data platform.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1100 - 1400 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Act as the main technical point of contact for all data-related topics within the domain.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient data architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data products, configurations, and governance standards.
• Contribute to the discovery and adoption of new capabilities within the Data Mesh ecosystem.
• Implement and optimize solutions for data ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption.
• Work closely with domain teams to create and promote reusable data assets.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data architecture and data platform design.
• Solid understanding of Data Mesh concepts and modern data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end data lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating across distributed or domain-oriented teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.
