What you will do

• Own and evolve the architectural strategy for specific domains within the Cloud Platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs.
• Define and document service boundaries, data flows, and shared integration contracts.
• Facilitate architectural decision-making and lead trade-off discussions across multiple teams.
• Ensure systems prioritize reliability, observability, and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers to align execution with high-level architectural goals.

Requirements

• Extensive background in software engineering and large-scale system design.
• Proven track record of owning architecture within a complex product domain.
• Strong capability to negotiate architectural trade-offs between speed, flexibility, and correctness.
• Experience driving consensus and facilitating decision-making in cross-team environments.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth setting where processes and standards are still evolving.
• Must be based in or authorized to work within one of our listed European office locations (Netherlands, Serbia, Germany, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Poland, or Armenia).
