What you will do
- Hold ultimate accountability for successful delivery of assigned programmes and portfolios across delivery, commercial, contractual, and customer dimensions.
- Lead multiple teams, projects, suppliers, and workstreams to achieve programme outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level customer and partner relationships, acting as primary escalation point for major issues.
- Own financial performance including budgets, forecasting, profitability, and commercial risk management.
- Establish governance frameworks, track benefits realization, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coach and develop Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to promote delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)
- At least 5 years' experience delivering complex programmes using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Strong commercial, financial, and risk management expertise with direct influence on programme profitability.
- Proven ability to lead delivery teams and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in contractual compliance and commercial negotiations.
