Location: Warsaw, hybrid model - 2 days in office, 3 days remote. Occasional remote work across Poland and international options available (up to 24 days domestic, 20 days international per year).

What you will do

• Lead global Education Services function accountable for end-to-end training development and delivery.
• Translate learning strategies into scalable training solutions using methodologies like ADDIE.
• Own commercial aspects of training including contracting, revenue, and P&L for clients and partners.
• Develop and evolve portfolio of training offerings and role-based learning pathways.
• Build internal enablement programs for upskilling employees on hirify.global solutions and best practices.
• Ensure efficient global delivery across digital, instructor-led, and hybrid formats while driving adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in education services, training delivery, or learning operations.
• Strong understanding of learning development processes (e.g., ADDIE).
• Ability to manage complex delivery initiatives with project-oriented mindset.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Experience in global matrixed organizations and employee enablement programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
