What you will do

• Manage full-cycle hiring process, including search, selection, and headhunting based on Job Descriptions.
• Create and maintain competitive pipelines of highly qualified professionals for current and future needs.
• Source passive and active candidates globally using advanced methods.
• Develop and update attractive job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as Jira.
• Participate in local events to attract and hire new talent.

Requirements

• International recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in filling Traffic and C-level vacancies.
• Advanced proficiency in recruiting technologies (Google X-Ray search, LinkedIn).
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) required
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian required
