What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain X-Ray and CT equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems to provide on-site technical resolution.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure schedules are strictly adhered to.
• Document all inspections and repairs while managing the repair parts cycle time.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and other service professionals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and senior engineers to stay updated on technical trends.

Requirements

• Associate degree, ONC, HNC, or Electrical equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related experience in field repair or technical support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Competency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software.
• Based in Israel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
