What you will do

• Own and optimize the CLM platform (Ironclad), redesigning workflows and approval logic to surface data insights.
• Implement AI and legal tech tools for contract review, drafting assistance, and compliance monitoring.
• Build automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools to eliminate repetitive legal tasks.
• Draft and redline commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership terms.
• Manage end-to-end KYC/KYB verification processes and compliance tracking.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and create reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of combined legal operations and/or paralegal experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows within a CLM platform (Ironclad strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong command of contract fundamentals, including reps & warranties and limitation of liability.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Genuine intellectual curiosity about Web3, blockchain, or digital assets.

Nice to have

• Experience at a crypto-native company, Web3 foundation, or high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with grant programs and grant agreement management.
• Exposure to data tools like Airtable or Notion for legal matter tracking.
• Comfort with basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for API integrations.
• Sophisticated daily use of AI tools for legal work.
