What you will do

• Drive EU compliance strategy ensuring alignment with MiCA, AML/CFT, and Travel Rule.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for CASP authorization and MiCA licensing.
• Develop internal policies for KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and safeguarding of client assets.
• Conduct regulatory risk reviews for new products, customer journeys, and payment channels prior to launch.
• Oversee Travel Rule compliance, including data exchange logic and interaction with counterparty CASPs.
• Collaborate with regulators, external advisors, auditors, and banking partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, AML, regulatory compliance, or financial crime.
• Professional experience in crypto, fintech, payments, e-money, brokerage, trading, or banking.
• Practical understanding of MiCA requirements for CASPs and the EU AML/CFT framework.
• Understanding of EU Travel Rule Regulation 2023/1113.
• Hands-on experience in developing compliance policies, risk assessments, and internal controls.
• Professional level of English.
