What you will do
- Lead multi-channel campaign planning for the multi-sport CRM calendar to drive revenue and retention.
- Articulate segmentation plans to operations teams for timely execution.
- Oversee creative briefs and messaging tailored to specific sports audiences.
- Drive personalization and testing initiatives to optimize conversion and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently within a fast-paced international environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM role within a subscription business or sports rights holder.
- Bilingual English proficiency (written and verbal) is required for content creation and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable tests.
- Excellent time management and agility in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders across diverse international markets.
- Passion for sports or deep understanding of subscription services.
