What you will do

• Lead content ideation, strategic direction, and German content roadmap.
• Plan and execute distribution across owned and external channels.
• Own brand awareness and local initiatives in DACH market, including creative production and media rollout.
• Manage social media activities, video concepts, guest articles, and media coverage.
• Handle external campaigns like whitepapers, newsletters, and advertorials.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, iterate on strategies, and collaborate cross-market.

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills in German (fluid tone, storytelling, impeccable spelling).
• 2-3 years in content marketing or B2B copywriting, ideally in SaaS or HR.
• First team lead/management experience (leading a team of 3).
• Strong SEO and keyword optimization knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
• Team-player with curiosity and proactivity.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress).
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools (Notion, Asana, Figma).
