What you will do

• Lead client communication and provide actionable insights through periodic updates and recommendations.
• Provide technical and business leadership to mentor junior team members and groom them for growth.
• Deliver complex analytics projects including data wrangling, AI/ML modeling, and automation.
• Analyze patient adherence, market share, and HCP segmentation using advanced methodologies.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate through new tools, capabilities, and process automation.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and proactive communication with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Expertise in APLD claims data and statistical/data science packages.
• Ability to build and run AI/ML models such as regression, ensemble models, and clustering.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech) or related quantitative field.
