Location: Hybrid (Netherlands and Germany)

Salary: up to €4,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the internal IT environment across locations in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Set up and scale the new Cologne office from scratch, including network, hardware, access, and security.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.
• Handle hardware lifecycle management, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and future-proof network stability using Checkpoint and Fortinet.
• Continuously improve internal IT processes to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• IT background through formal education or hands-on experience.
• Solid knowledge of networking, office IT environments, and online security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Proficiency in hardware management and workplace setup.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to provide on-site support in the Netherlands and Germany.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in IT support.
• Proficiency in Dutch (big plus) or German.
• Familiarity with Jira and Logitech systems.
