What you will do
- Ensure stable operation and further development of the customer portal and the Sales Desk in-house solution.
- Capture requirements and implement technical solutions together with the business departments.
- Coordinate external service providers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement projects in SCRUM and continuously optimize the systems.
- Handle inquiries and problems according to ITIL standards.
- Maintain system documentation in Confluence, Azure DevOps, and LeanIX.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience operating Java-based web applications with databases (ORACLE, MS SQL)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Azure, as well as basic knowledge in test management, change, incident, and problem management
- Experience with agile methods such as SCRUM or Kanban
- Analytical thinking, team spirit, and strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
