What you will do

• Maintain and further develop the customer portal and in-house Sales Desk solution.
• Capture business requirements and implement technical solutions together with business departments.
• Coordinate external service providers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle inquiries and problems according to ITIL standards (Incident and Service Management).
• Implement projects using SCRUM and Kanban to continuously optimize systems.
• Maintain system documentation in Confluence, Azure DevOps, and LeanIX.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least three years of experience operating Java-based web applications.
• Proficiency with databases such as ORACLE and MS SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
• Experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban) and ITIL standards.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2).
