What you will do

• Become an expert in the hirify.global platform and develop a technical understanding of IT infrastructure management.
• Consult partners on implementing hirify.global’s products into their infrastructure and improving their internal processes.
• Solve problems based on scenarios and use cases from prospects and partners, including investigating custom product requests.
• Work closely with the sales team to answer advanced technical questions and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to the product team to help shape hirify.global’s future.
• Coach the sales teams on the hirify.global products suite and give external training for partners.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Self-motivated and enjoy finding solutions for customers.
• A quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and processes.
• Professionally proficient in English and Italian.
• Able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
• Experience working for an MSP or an internal IT helpdesk (plus).
