What you will do

• Lead and facilitate bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panels.
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into compliant and winning strategies.
• Oversee the production of well-structured, compelling responses that differentiate the company's offering.
• Collaborate with directors and subject matter experts to define win themes and value propositions.
• Manage multiple in-framework bids simultaneously, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with live projects to gather evidence for persuasive case studies and success stories.

Requirements

• Experience in bid management within construction, engineering, or major infrastructure projects.
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, client-focused submissions.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes for high-value or technically complex projects.
• Degree in English, marketing, engineering, construction, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Warrington, UK office.

Nice to have

• Professional certification or formal bid management training, such as APMP Practitioner or higher.
