What you will do

• Lead procurement activity across a broad range of indirect spend categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies to deliver sustainable commercial value.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage long-term supplier partnerships.
• Strengthen supplier governance, risk management, and procurement systems.
• Collaborate with teams across the UK, North America, and Asia.
• Lead and develop a team of four staff members.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategic sourcing and category management within indirect or GNFR spend.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiation and contract management.
• Proficiency in working with data, financial models, and procurement analytics.
• Proven ability to lead change and manage supplier relationships.
• Must be able to work from the Nottingham office two days per week.
• Ability to undertake occasional international travel.
