Finance Intern (P2P)

TL;DR

Finance Intern (P2P): Supporting the Procure-to-Pay team with invoice processing, vendor balance reporting, and accounting documentation with an accent on accuracy and process efficiency. Focus on digitizing financial records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing expertise in SAP and local tax requirements.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to commute to Warsaw, Poland (2 days/week in office)

Salary: 6,000 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Receive, digitize, and sort invoices according to tax requirements and internal procedures.
• Verify invoice accuracy by reconciling them against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Review aged vendor items and perform actions to clear open balances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end P2P processing.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations.

Requirements

• Background in Finance or Accounting.
• Understanding of the P2P process.
• Good command of English required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Additional language skills relevant to the Benelux scope.
