What you will do

• Process and enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including verification, approval flows, and posting.
• Maintain and update vendor master data.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues.
• Handle queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders via email and ticketing tools.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Finance departments to ensure timely processing.

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable.
• English: B1/B2 level required for daily communication.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Szczecin, Poland.
• Understanding of compliance and data protection rules.
