What you will do

• Produce accurate revenue forecasts in line with ASC 606 standards.
• Own billings, ARR reporting, and retention metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with Sales Ops to reconcile monthly bookings and support annual budgeting.
• Provide transparency into actual results and forward-looking analysis for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous enhancements in reporting and analysis using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate across functional groups including Accounting, IT, and Sales.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for daily workflows.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bielsko-Biała.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revenue forecasting and reporting under ASC 606 standards.
