What you will do

• Develop and improve back-end service functionality and new features for financial operations.
• Conduct code reviews and write integration and unit tests to ensure system reliability.
• Optimize data storage and report generation processes for large-scale volumes.
• Modify queue usage and build tools to reduce external API costs.
• Design and implement country-specific solutions and microservices architecture.
• Participate in system design and architectural decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Go Developer.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing high-load systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in designing APIs using REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, Nats, Docker, Kubernetes, and ELK.
• English: Intermediate+ (B1) level or above required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS.
• Background in mobility, ride-hailing, or logistics products.
• Experience working within distributed international teams.
• Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
