Senior Manager Advertising Operations (AdTech): Building the operating engine for hirify.global Food's advertising business across 16 markets with an accent on product go-to-market strategy, advertiser success, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on translating complex data into actionable insights, defining KPI frameworks, and scaling revenue-generating products through evidence-based decision making.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia or London, United Kingdom (Hybrid model: at least 12 in-office days per month).

What you will do

  • Shape the Ads & Monetisation strategy to balance growth, merchant success, and platform profitability.
  • Lead product go-to-market initiatives, including playbooks, launch plans, and adoption goals.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and business cases to guide product and commercial decisions.
  • Act as the primary project manager and escalation point across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
  • Create systematic market feedback loops to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Define KPI frameworks and requirements for data assets, BI reporting, and AI tooling.

Requirements

  • Approximately 8 years of experience in RevOps, Go-To-Market, Program or Project Management within marketplaces, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or Retail Media.
  • Proven track record of launching revenue-generating products across multiple markets.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to drive decision-making in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling and visualization.
  • High ownership mindset and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
