What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design from research and synthesis to prototyping and validation.
• Define product strategies using Product Thinking, JTBD, and hypothesis-driven design.
• Manage and mentor design project teams of 3–5 people.
• Integrate AI tools and interaction patterns into design workflows and client products.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and support presales activities.
• Promote design best practices and AI literacy within the organization.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in consulting or agencies.
• Deep UX expertise combined with UI, Research, and Service Design skills.
• Proven experience leading design teams and delivering complex digital products.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience with AI-powered product patterns.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• University degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of dual-track agile software delivery.
