What you will do

• Provide reactive first-line support for TV production, graphics, and post-production facilities.
• Perform logical and methodical fault finding across a large-scale broadcast environment.
• Create and manage technical support tickets through to resolution.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and maintenance of hardware, software, and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support flagship channels like hirify.global News and hirify.global Sports.
• Work a regular shift pattern covering a 7-day fortnight.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Broadcast Engineering or Media Technologies.
• Understanding of broadcast TV chains, including traditional and modern IP/software solutions.
• Knowledge of Broadcast IP standards (SMPTE 2022, SMPTE 2110, AoIP, PTP).
• Experience in a support role within Broadcast Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with log interrogation.
