What you will do

• Own product enablement initiatives for Payroll and Bob Finance across CS, Sales, and CX departments.
• Translate complex financial product capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions and messaging.
• Build and maintain scalable enablement programs, training materials, and structured sources of truth.
• Design role-specific content and AI prompts to support consistent product messaging and internal workflows.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment on product releases and market requirements.
• Measure enablement effectiveness through adoption metrics, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Enablement, Product Operations, or related SaaS roles.
• Native-level English proficiency is required.
• Experience enabling complex SaaS products, specifically in Payroll, Finance, or HR Tech.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Strong ability to simplify technical functionality into clear business value and storytelling.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in Hebrew.
