What you will do
- Own product enablement initiatives for Payroll and Bob Finance across CS, Sales, and CX departments.
- Translate complex financial product capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions and messaging.
- Build and maintain scalable enablement programs, training materials, and structured sources of truth.
- Design role-specific content and AI prompts to support consistent product messaging and internal workflows.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment on product releases and market requirements.
- Measure enablement effectiveness through adoption metrics, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Enablement, Product Operations, or related SaaS roles.
- Native-level English proficiency is required.
- Experience enabling complex SaaS products, specifically in Payroll, Finance, or HR Tech.
- Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM tools and AI-powered workflows.
- Strong ability to simplify technical functionality into clear business value and storytelling.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
