What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Enablement Managers.
• Define and execute the product enablement strategy across GTM and Customer Success teams.
• Build onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs to improve product fluency.
• Translate roadmap updates and product changes into clear field readiness plans.
• Create feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product teams to improve adoption.
• Define and track enablement success metrics, including product adoption and time-to-productivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product, Revenue, or Sales Enablement within a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing enablement professionals.
• Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions and customer-facing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement effectiveness.
• Ability to translate product complexity into clear, practical learning experiences.
