What you will do

• Integrate and curate data from research systems to support analytics, modeling, and machine learning.
• Manage, maintain, and improve the Vertex Data Platform to support research, manufacturing, and supply chain analytics.
• Architect and execute the delivery of critical data solutions in partnership with DSE leadership.
• Lead a team of data engineers to ensure compliant, timely, and secure data workloads.
• Collaborate with MLOps teams to support complex workloads leveraging model-ready data.
• Advocate for process enhancements to improve efficiency, scale, and data connectivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of development experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Redshift, or equivalent.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical research with a focus on data engineering and governance.
• Prior experience leading data engineering projects and teams.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Demonstrated experience with pipeline technologies such as Airflow or MLFlow.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States as an E-Verify employer.
