What you will do

• Act as the financial Business Partner for the European Wholesale business to ensure fact-based and transparent decision-making.
• Lead the budget and forecast process for the European Wholesale business.
• Report and analyze monthly financial performance for Actuals, Forecast, and Budget.
• Prepare and present regular management reports, decision papers, and ad-hoc analyses for management.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for business initiatives together with cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of the month-end closing process and identify opportunities for improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally in a wholesale environment.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proven track record as a business partner, confidently working with non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent English and good communication-level German skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bayreuth, Germany.
