What you will do

• Partner with logistics and operations teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Analyze operational costs and KPIs to identify efficiency gains and cost optimization opportunities.
• Lead financial support for logistics investment projects, including business case development.
• Monitor and challenge operational spending to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain the Logistics Scorecard to translate performance data into insights.
• Support working capital optimization through stock and payment term evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling or as a Financial Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerQuery, and PowerPivot.
• Fluency in English required; German is considered a plus.
• Structured, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics sectors.
• German language proficiency.
