• Serve as the SME for intercompany transactions, managing ~€200M recharge volume and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with tax, accounting, and finance teams to align practices and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure smooth financial closings by maintaining completeness and adhering to transfer pricing guidelines.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and documentation for scalability.
• Guide budgeting, analyze cost centers, and deliver clear financial storytelling to stakeholders.
• Build reports, dashboards, and tools to enable data-driven decision-making.

Требования

• 6+ years of experience in finance or audit.
• Degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related field.
• Strong experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation tools or FP&A solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
