What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the month-end general ledger close for the group, focusing on US and UK regions.
- Manage, develop, and mentor a team of financial accountants to ensure high performance and timely reporting.
- Own revenue reporting and ensure data integrity across financial systems like HubSpot and accounting packages.
- Assist with global tax compliance, including VAT, GST, and payroll requirements.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Contribute to finance digital transformation initiatives to enhance reporting systems and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) required.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in financial accounting, team management, and regional oversight in a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems like QuickBooks or Sage.
- Experience in revenue reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in London Bridge.
