What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the month-end general ledger close for the group, focusing on US and UK regions.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of financial accountants to ensure high performance and timely reporting.
• Own revenue reporting and ensure data integrity across financial systems like HubSpot and accounting packages.
• Assist with global tax compliance, including VAT, GST, and payroll requirements.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Contribute to finance digital transformation initiatives to enhance reporting systems and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) required.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, team management, and regional oversight in a multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems like QuickBooks or Sage.
• Experience in revenue reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in London Bridge.
