What you will do
- Lead and shape the end-to-end ER/LR strategy for the Netherlands in alignment with global HR goals.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Dutch labor law, collective agreements, and employee relations frameworks.
- Manage relationships with local Works Councils and coordinate European Works Council (EWC) processes.
- Provide expert guidance on restructurings, reorganizations, dismissals, and complex employee matters.
- Ensure all HR policies, submissions, and documentation are legally compliant and audit-ready.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and external counsel to deliver consistent business outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Employee & Labor Relations within the Netherlands.
- Deep expertise in Dutch labor law and Works Council legislation.
- Proven experience managing European Works Councils and related consultation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage sensitive, high-risk employee cases and organizational change.
