What you will do

• Lead and shape the end-to-end ER/LR strategy for the Netherlands in alignment with global HR goals.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Dutch labor law, collective agreements, and employee relations frameworks.
• Manage relationships with local Works Councils and coordinate European Works Council (EWC) processes.
• Provide expert guidance on restructurings, reorganizations, dismissals, and complex employee matters.
• Ensure all HR policies, submissions, and documentation are legally compliant and audit-ready.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and external counsel to deliver consistent business outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Employee & Labor Relations within the Netherlands.
• Deep expertise in Dutch labor law and Works Council legislation.
• Proven experience managing European Works Councils and related consultation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive, high-risk employee cases and organizational change.
