What you will do

• Architect and manage node-based automation workflows and AI agents to streamline creative production.
• Scale video ad and social asset creation by integrating AI-generated characters, motion, and voice synthesis.
• Train and apply LoRAs and fine-tune models to ensure brand and character consistency.
• Integrate AI models via APIs and custom scripts into internal Digital Asset Management and UGC tools.
• Deploy AI agents for rapid asset localization and performance-driven optimization based on real-time data.
• Maintain an industry-leading grip on the AI landscape by testing new image, video, and audio models.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in the AI stack including Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Veo, and ElevenLabs.
• Proven ability to build multi-step generation chains and scalable, reusable prompt systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI lip-syncing, face-audio alignment, and localization pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software fundamentals, including AI-assisted coding, databases, and API integrations.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week in the Berlin office.
