What you will do

• Own delivery end-to-end across all workstreams: scoping, planning, staffing, execution, and risk management.
• Shape partner AI strategies: define AI operating models and develop high-value (agentic) AI use case portfolios for DAX and “Mittelstand” clients.
• Act as the trusted partner for senior stakeholders, align conflicting agendas, and deliver difficult messages diplomatically.
• Lead and develop cross-functional project teams, coach team members, and create teachable moments.
• Grow accounts and shape proposals by owning scope, approach, plan, delivery model, risks, and disciplined scope management to protect margin.
• Stay at the frontier of AI and translate emerging capabilities (e.g., AI agents) into client value; co-own and scale Strategy & Transformation assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Management Consulting, including owning complex projects end-to-end at senior stakeholder level.
• Hands-on experience applying AI within companies, combining strategic project management with strong technical expertise.
• Business development mindset and strong awareness of stakeholder dynamics for proposal ownership and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex AI topics into business impact for C-level, domain experts, and operational teams.
• Fluent English and German skills are required.
