• Provide general administrative support to the Journal Marketing team.
• Coordinate conference visuals and assist with event logistics.
• Manage content requests including banner ads, videos, and collateral while following branding guidelines.
• Maintain and update the team SharePoint site.
• Use reporting tools like PowerBI to complete marketing updates for partners.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in office administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
