What you will do

• Operate AKTA chromatography systems to purify antibodies and fusion proteins.
• Design and execute purification strategies using various chromatography methods.
• Perform analytical characterization using HPLC/UPLC, UV-Vis, and electrophoresis.
• Develop and optimize BLI assays to evaluate protein-protein interactions and binding kinetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mass spectrometry analyses.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebooks and inventory systems.

Requirements

• PhD with 2+ years, Master’s with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with AKTA systems and UNICORN software.
• Hands-on experience with protein capture and polishing methods.
• Proficiency with Waters HPLC/UPLC systems and Empower software.
• Experience evaluating protein stability and manufacturability using biophysical methods.
• Experience with BLI or SPR for kinetic binding assays.
