What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX writers, and researchers to shape product solutions.
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and native apps.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and understand fan behavior.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Use data and experimentation to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience designing digital products in tech or marketplace environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping.
• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences across web and native apps.
• Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Portfolio showcasing design process and product thinking.
