What you will do

• Design intelligence-driven product experiences that simplify complex data and automation for merchants.
• Take full ownership of the design process from problem framing and research to high-fidelity delivery.
• Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers to validate ideas through prototyping and data.
• Contribute to the design system and maintain consistency across the wider platform.
• Use modern design tools and AI workflows to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
• Influence product decisions and raise the design bar across the Intelligence domain.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer within a product-led organization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in UX/UI fundamentals, information architecture, and complex system design.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, specifically Figma.
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and how web products are built.
• Ability to communicate clearly, handle cross-team dependencies, and take ownership of results.

Nice to have

• Experience designing complex B2B platforms at scale.
• Background in e-commerce, logistics, or shipping domains.
• Experience applying AI in product experiences or workflows.
